At first glance, you would think large floors take longer to polish than small floors and you would right. In terms of size the larger floor is going to take longer but usually these jobs are much easier for one main reason, they have very few corners. Concrete Polishing in a house is far more labor intensive because there are far more corners and we must use hand tools to get them done. I’m talking doors, corners of rooms, cupboards, around benchers, posts, cabinets just to name a few. The reason I’m writing about this subject is to give you a little bit of insight into what’s involved in large floors in comparison to small floors, larger floors will take longer but are mostly much easier, and in small floors we may cover less distance but often these are much more difficult jobs to complete. So this is something to keep in mind when you are thinking about updating your floor with polished concrete.
